Questions & Answers
Everything you need to know about StrongHer Health, how membership works, and what to expect from care that listens and partners with you.
Membership & Pricing
Both options provide the same high-quality, personalized, safety-focused care. Membership is $100 per month and covers included visits and follow-ups with no separate charges for those services. Fee-for-service provides the same care with separate charges for each visit or text follow-up episode. Rates are $200 for an initial consultation, $100 for a follow-up, and $25 per text episode—not per message. Multiple messages about one question or treatment plan are part of the same episode; a later, separate concern starts a new episode. Joining the waitlist does not collect payment or require choosing an option; Tracy will discuss both options after your spot is confirmed.
Your membership includes visits scheduled around your treatment plan, goals, and response to treatment; secure portal messaging with Tracy to discuss side effects, prescription changes, refills, or appointment scheduling; and ongoing coaching, education, and follow-up care. Included visits and follow-ups have no separate charges.
If you choose membership after your waitlist spot is confirmed, it begins with a 12-month commitment. After the first year, it continues month to month and can be canceled with 30 days' notice. Fee-for-service has no recurring monthly membership payment; you pay for each visit.
StrongHer Health does not bill insurance directly. You can choose a monthly membership or pay per visit through fee-for-service. HSA/FSA eligibility can vary, so check with your plan administrator about which services may qualify.
Fee-for-service provides the same high-quality, personalized, safety-focused care as membership, with charges billed separately rather than bundled into a monthly fee. The initial consultation is $200 for 60–90 minutes, a follow-up is $100 for 15–45 minutes, and a text follow-up is $25 per episode of care, not per message. One episode can include multiple messages to address a question or treatment plan; a later new question, side effect, or symptom starts a new episode.
Care & Visits
Video appointments are conducted via secure telehealth — you meet with Tracy from the comfort of your home. Text follow-ups are also available through the fee-for-service option. Visit frequency is based on your specific treatment plan, goals, and response to treatment. You'll never be rushed through a 10-minute appointment where you only get 5 minutes with Tracy.
Tracy specializes in perimenopause and menopause care, including hormone therapy management, symptom relief (hot flashes, sleep disruption, brain fog, mood changes, weight shifts), and whole-person wellness support. Your initial consultation is 60–90 minutes — enough time to truly understand your history, symptoms, and goals. Follow-up visits are flexible, ranging from 15 to 45 minutes depending on what you need that day. You'll never be rushed through a 10-minute appointment where you only get 5 minutes with Tracy.
Members can use secure portal messaging to discuss medication-related questions and side effects, make prescription changes, request additions or refills, and change or schedule appointments. This is not an emergency line — for urgent or life-threatening situations, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Tracy responds during regular business hours.
Tracy can order labs through common lab networks and will coordinate referrals to specialists when appropriate. She'll review your results with you and adjust your care plan accordingly.
